Dear UCA Families,
Greetings in Christ. We are writing to share an important milestone in the life of United Christian Academy (UCA), one that we believe represents both God's provision and an exciting opportunity for the future of our school.
In September 2025, the United Christin Academy Foundation (UCAF) Board and School Board approved a plan to sell a portion of our Lakeville property to help advance the development of a permanent campus. As that process moved forward, the property generated significant interest, including interest in the entire site.
After careful consideration and prayerful evaluation, both boards concluded that selling the full property best supports UCA's mission while providing greater financial security and flexibility for the future. We are pleased to share that we have entered into a purchase agreement for the entire Lakeville property.
First and foremost, our vision remains unchanged. We continue to aspire to establish a permanent UCA campus in the South Metro and create a place where students are deeply equipped to serve Christ and impact the world.
While several important steps remain before the sale can close, we believe this opportunity creates a stronger path forward. What began as a plan to sell a portion of the property has opened the door to new possibilities that we could not have anticipated. We are grateful for God's faithful provision and excited about the opportunities this creates for the future of UCA.
Just as importantly, UCA is thriving today. Our partnership with Cedar Valley Church remains strong, our students continue to flourish, and our commitment to Christ-centered education remains at the heart of everything we do.
Commercial real estate transactions include a due diligence period and several important milestones before closing. During this process, both boards will continue working with our commercial real estate experts and attorneys to advance the transaction while thoughtfully evaluating future opportunities for a permanent South Metro campus.
We know that news like this can bring questions, and we are committed to keeping our community informed as significant milestones are reached.
