Legacy Alumni Association

Dear UCA Legacy Family,

Recently, the United Christian Academy team has been fondly reflecting on graduated students and their families, significant events, and student achievements. All of these elements are central to each legacy school’s history and success.  Many graduates now have their own careers and families and possess a strong desire to re-establish connection in this new, unified environment.  This will enable them to share their own unique story and experiences, each of which are vital to a new generation of UCA students.

With new horizons in mind, I would like to personally invite you to become part of the UCA Community of Support by participating in the newly formed United Christian Academy Legacy Alumni Association.

This new arm of UCA is for you! We desire, in multiple ways, to honor you directly through involvement in activities and celebrations, and indirectly via regular communication. It is also a venue through which you may support United Christian Academy’s efforts to continue providing a quality Christ-centered educational experience. Your support could be through participation in events, financial giving, and special opportunities to share your stories with our students and staff. The Legacy Alumni Association is open to all who have supported any Legacy school or is presently supporting United Christian Academy.

The circumstances of the last year have taught us many valuable lessons; one of the most important being the value of community, culture, and relational connection.  Our goal is to create introduction, reconnection, and engagement opportunities among all our wonderful alumni families. This will  provide  an avenue to continue participating in the life of UCA through social media, newsletters, and most importantly, alumni activities.

There is an astounding 104 years of experience guiding students spiritually, academically, and relationally shared between Bethany Academy, Life Academy and Christian Life Academy! This creates a deep desire on the part of UCA to express our appreciation for all those who have served at, or have been served through each legacy school. We recognize that each student and family investing time, talents, and treasures in each school has contributed to the traditions presently being established as well as those being passed forward. For this, we are truly grateful. As we turn our attention to future possibilities and opportunities, our collective alumni becomes an integral part of that future.

As we look ahead, we can celebrate in these six significant milestones that were reached this year at UCA and use them to launch us into the future:

  • Announcement of future UCA School Expansion and Facility Construction
  • In Person Learning of 274 students
  • Expansion of the Aviation Program
  • Expansion of Students participating in the PSEO Dual High School/College Credit Program
  • Increased Enrollment for the 2021-22 School Year - Grade Level Specific
  • United Christian Academy will graduate 33 Seniors on May 20, 2021

Soon a new UCA Parent Council will be also introduced, one that will be working closely with the Legacy Alumni Association to provide opportunities to reconnect and engage at UCA. It is our prayer that 100% of all former families and supporters served at Legacy schools will become an active participant in the life of UCA for many years to come!  More information will be coming in the next few weeks!

Blessings to You and Your Family,

United Christian Academy
